Detailed tea order experience

My recent order from Rich And Pour included the 'Zen Garden Green Tea Blend' and a stainless steel tea steeper. Ordering online was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate. The green tea arrived well-packaged in a loose leaf tea storage tin, which is actually quite airtight and keeps the tea fresh. The steeper is solid, well-made, and fits perfectly in my mug, making cleaning simple. Shipping was estimated at 5-7 business days and it arrived on the 6th day, which was acceptable. I had a question about brewing temperature for this specific blend, and their customer service responded within a day with helpful advice. The tea has a nice aroma and a clean taste, not too bitter. Very pleased with the quality of both the tea and the teaware. It felt like a thoughtful purchase.

Good quality, fast shipping

Ordered the energy tea. It arrived quickly. The tea itself is good, has a nice kick. Packaging was fine. No issues.

Got some new tea stuff

I just got a travel tea infuser and some oolong tea from Rich And Pour. It came pretty fast, like four days, which was cool. The infuser works great for when I'm out, no more tea bags. The oolong tea tastes good too, a bit different from what I usually drink but I like it. Everything was easy to order, no fuss.

Good deal for first order

I was looking for some new tea and saw Rich And Pour. I used their first order discount for a matcha powder and a double walled tea bottle. The discount made it feel like a really good value. The matcha is high quality, and the bottle keeps my drink warm for ages. Shipping was free because my order was over $50. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Good tea, slow delivery

I ordered the premium black tea and a portable infuser tumbler. The tea itself was quite good, flavorful and smooth. The infuser tumbler is also handy, though I wish it held a bit more liquid. My only real complaint was the shipping, it took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long. Overall, a decent purchase, but they could speed up shipping.

Always reliable for tea

I've bought from Rich And Pour several times now, usually for their herbal tea blends. This time I tried the sleep tea and a glass tea tumbler. Just like my previous orders, everything was well-packed and arrived in good condition. The sleep tea is consistent with their usual quality; it really helps me wind down. The glass tumbler is a nice addition to my collection. I keep coming back because their products are reliable and I know what to expect. No surprises, which is good when you're buying tea online.

Hey guys, thinking of grabbing one of those infuser tumblers. How long does shipping usually take to say, California? Don't wanna wait forever for my tea.

D Danielle Campbell 2 weeks ago
Mine got to LA in about 5 days, I think? Was pretty quick for me.

Yeah, usually 3-7 business days for most of the US. I ordered a few times and it's always been within that window to Nevada.

Anyone know if I can use a newsletter sign-up discount AND a Black Friday code together? Trying to maximize my savings on some new green tea blends.

R Robert Carter 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one code per order. Tried it before and it didn't work for me.

Yeah, pretty standard for most places. They usually only let you use one promo code at checkout. Sucks but that's how it is.

Is the Rich And Pour infuser tumbler actually good? Or should I just stick to my old T2 one? Seen some mixed reviews.

L Linda D. 3 days ago
I love mine! Keeps my tea hot for ages and super easy to clean. Definitely worth it over my old one.

It's decent, I guess. The design is cool but the infuser part can be a bit fiddly sometimes. My Adagio one was a bit more robust but this one is definitely more stylish.

Are their tea tins actually airtight? I've had some bad experiences with 'airtight' tins that let my loose leaf go stale fast.

P Paul Hernandez 2 days ago
Yep, my rich and pour tins are definitely airtight. My oolong stays super fresh in them.

They seem to be! I've had mine for a few months and no issues with staleness yet. Haven't done any scientific tests or anything, but my tea still smells great.

just signed up for the newsletter, but didn't get any discount code email. does it take a while to come through or something?

Check your spam folder! Mine went there first time. Or wait a bit, sometimes it takes a few minutes.

Yeah, sometimes it's not instant. Give it an hour or so, and if not, maybe try signing up again with a different email just in case?
